• Responsible for identifying and driving talent acquisition strategies to secure top talent for the specific technical groups in collaboration with our Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners.• Screen candidates resumes and job applications from Applicant Tracking System• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies which target multiple candidate channels and assess candidates for fit and motivation rather than simply sell a role• Provide full-cycle recruiting support to our technical teams from initial outreach through the offeracceptance.• Articulate in writing recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisors to identify critical job demands, develop and implement candidate generating strategies, and provide the most qualified applicants.• Manage high-touch relationships with external candidates and partner with talent acquisition advisors across multiple functions, locations, and business units.• Proactively search external resume databases using Boolean search strings in a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) environment, utilize job boards and other external search tools to identify hard to find talent.• Represent the job requisition, related skills, hiring organization/program and compensationpackage to effectively pre-screen candidates and identify a qualified pool of candidates.
