• Work directly with the Athletic Director and athletic administration on various athletic events & issues• Organize all community service events that LMU Athletics participates in & promote community outreach for LMU Athletics• Serve as the student public figure for LMU Athletics giving speeches, attending distinguished events, etc.• Organize and lead bimonthly meetings with 40 student athletes participating• Organized community outreach program events like: Mr. LMU, Fright Night, Relay for Life, Midnight Mission, and the Juvenile Diabetes Walk for LMU Athletics and Special Games

• Data entry and gathering of information for General Liability, Commercial Auto and Property incidents and claims as they arise.• Process and analyze workers compensation loss runs.• Review policies as they are received to ensure conformance with binding terms and conditions.• Maintenance and documentation of insurance responsibilities between Big 5 for all operating store locations and landlords.• Review lease agreements and ownership changes to ensure information on file is most current. • Review 3rd party requests for certificates of insurance and request from appropriate party.• Review and entry of certificates of insurance from vendors, landlords and service providers to ensure compliance with requirements. Run monthly compliance reports.• Assistance with Enterprise Risk Management risk register and preparation of materials for semi-annual meetings.• Assistance with preparation of quarterly budget forecasts.
