During my thesis, I developed a new hybrid approach on regulatory networks. Starting from scientific data, this approach identifies a piecewise linear behavior over time from analysed biological system components.A formal method (the Hoare logic) adapted to biological system components allowed to build a constraint system which has been solved using the constraint solver called AbSolute.
