“You’re just one person, how can you possibly change anything in this world?” A once-intimidating question pitched at me in my early professional sales career has transformed me into the competitor I am today. It was at this moment that I truly voiced my philosophy, in which I advocated that, “Anyone is capable to make a change.” Subsequently, after earning my first Business Development role, Toyota Santa Monica had built an experimental telemarketing department and had me making 100+ calls a day. We operated a proprietary software, called AutoAlert, to connect with new and existing customers where I exceeded 20% more foot traffic into the dealership. Thereafter, this mindset also helped generate 12% more sales revenue at my next position with Heineken brands.As an organized and hardworking professional with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Psychology, my attitude is determinedly developed to succeed as a self-starter, especially in the sales world. Throughout my time at Toyota and my entire professional career, I have progressively become equipped with excellent communication skills, a creative mind, and more essential techniques that continue to prove to be impactful in the business world.
