As Project Manager for the GE RIS/PACS roll out at Westmead Hospital, I successfully led the transformation of medical imaging from a paper/film based workflow through to a digital solution immediately accessible by clinicians throughout the district.While transitioning the project through to operation I established a RIS/PACS support team, defining and leading a new structure to effectively manage the delivered solution.
