• Managed projects covering operational test and evaluation of Army Tactical Vehicles, Marine Corps Amphibious Systems, Army Rotary-Wing Aircraft, and Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems.• Supported the Director Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E) by reviewing the adequacy of operational test plans, observing tests, providing analyses, and developing operational assessments for submission to the Secretary of Defense and the four Congressional Defense Committees.• Served as a subject matter expert on reliability by assisting other IDA staff members in reliability analyses and review of reliability test plans and teaching a yearly course on reliability and reliability growth analyses for DOT&E Action Officers.• Participated in other intra-division activities such as the development of more efficient ballistic resistance testing protocols and the planning and analysis of Army helicopter live fire testing.
