Arrivé au tout début du développement d'un nouveau produit, j'ai pu suivre la totalité du projet de la conception à l'industrialisation.Pendant ce projet, je suis en contact avec les fournisseurs, concepteurs, industriels, etc. et coordonne les actions à mener en priorisant les tâches par degré d'importance.C'est un projet relativement complexe au niveau de la gestion de projet car de multiples actions sont externalisées mais cela m'a obligé à monter en compétence très rapidement.
