I am a recent graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science where I had also practiced and participated in Football and Track & Field. I have a burning passion for fitness, sports, and overall helping others achieve their goals, even if they don't relate to fitness or health.In my fitness experience, I have trained plenty of athletes and non-athletes of all different ages, genders, and backgrounds and feel comfortable working with all populations. My professional experience comes from working as a trainer at Retro Fitness, interning at CrossFit Geranimo in East Stroudsburg, and thriving at City Fitness in Philadelphia. I am also certified by ISSA and am CPR/AED certified by National CPR Foundation.While my most recent experiences may be in fitness, my background is very diverse. I have years of retail and hospitality experience, working at Lowe's and Kalahari Resorts where I was a Lead Associate at the arcade. I also have experience working in warehouses and factories like as FedEx or Schreiber Foods. I can also say that I have worked as a production technician at Sanofi in Pocono Manor.Regardless of what field I am working in, I can work well independently as well as in a team. And with patience and proper learning, I can achieve all tasks that are given to me, even those that I have no experience with. My goal is to become as versatile as possible and become efficient in numerous fields in order to bring value to myself and become an even greater help to my team/company.Thank you!
