I lead Group Benefits at The Hartford, which provides life, disability, leave management and supplemental insurance products through employers, associations and other groups. We serve businesses of all sizes, from those with two employees to many of the largest brand names in the U.S. Our products and services help the employees of these companies through some of the best, and worst, times of their lives. Whether celebrating a new baby in the family or mourning the untimely death of a loved one, we provide compassionate care in times of need. #TheBucksGotYourBack With over two decades at The Hartford, I am more excited than ever to be part of this team. We are mission-driven. All of our associates share a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and living our “Ability Philosophy.” Our daily work is reflected in our support of amazing partners such as Move United (formerly Disabled Sports USA), Angel City Sports and United Way’s ALICE program. We also are proud to support people in ways that go beyond an insurance policy through our own programs such as Ability Equipped, which empowers youth and adults with disabilities to achieve amazing things by making adaptive equipment and sports more accessible.The Hartford’s Group Benefits business provides a full suite of group life, disability, leave management and voluntary insurance capabilities that deliver exceptional protection and service to over 20 million individuals across thousands of employers.
