- Review/resolve contracts between Sourcing Managers, Legal, and vendors. - Review orders with engineering teams for technical requirements e.g. type of circuits, bandwidth, equipment to be installed, fiber/node path & CPE diversity, etc. Also includes managing new PoP & Data Center builds for long-haul, backbone, or local loop circuits that link remote offices to other PoPs/DCs.- Execute contracts, push through approval/signature process and establish expected delivery times, customer circuit requirements and appropriate carrier contacts for provisioning process until circuit delivery date(s).- Provide high visibility updates to Engineering teams, Technical Project Managers and pertinent vendor PMs during carrier circuit process to ensure correct circuit product/service to be delivered within target timelines. Includes weekly calls with regional carrier account management teams about all pending orders, project management teams about pending circuits, and billing teams to ensure correct bill payment once carrier invoices are received. - Ensure communication between carrier PMs, carrier technicians and internal cross-functional organizations during circuit provisioning; also coordinate/submit site access requests when required.- Work with Operations to help escalate with carriers to mitigate existing carrier circuit issues and outages.- Ensure all records are updated so future circuit work includes accurate technical and billing information of existing services. This includes uploading all pertinent docs (contracts, LOI’s, LOA/CFA’s, tech data/voice forms, handover docs, IP configurations, etc) and also vendor contact and NOC escalation contact information. - Manage multiple site locations concurrently, at any given time for all Meta verticals (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Oculus/Reality Labs) that each involve all of the responsibilities listed above. Projects may include new build and network retrofit efforts.
