Under the direction of Director of Water Production is responsible for the execution and support of all production maintenance activities which will achieve the desired results in quality, cost, delivery, safety and morale. The Maintenance Manager supervises, coordinates, and administers the activities of the utility’s mechanical, electrical, and control system maintenance personnel in performance of assigned duties to ensure that plant equipment is maintained at levels consistent with specifications and also assists in development and implementation of capital projects and the re-engineering of existing water treatment, electrical, pumping, and control systems.

Under the direction of the Director of Water Production, is responsible for planning, scheduling, and analyzing all maintenance activities per the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Manual of Practice (MOP) and other industry standard practices.Responsible for developing and then following established modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of current maintenance activities. Works with the departmental management team on a daily basis to coordinate and prioritize all maintenance activities to meet operational objectives of the department.
