Liaison with major third parties, gaining approvals and project meetings.Installation of all I&M equipment from Royal Oak Portal to Paddington Station in order for TBM launch. Installation of ATS, prisms, BRE sockets, HLCs and shape arrays. Works involve installations on Network Rail, London Underground and Westminster County Council assets. Review and control of all sub-contractor documentation and works.
