Operating between small change Projects and multi million pound Programmes I soon became adaptable and agile in my working which helped when working with fluid and vague definitions.The most enjoyable part of my role was client engagement & management. I would take pride in delivering expectations and providing uncompromised levels of service. Using my skills as a Project Manager, resources and tools, I would satisfy areas of scope, time, cost and quality.While working for Steria I successfully delivered projects to a wide client base including the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC), Northern Rock and the Metropolitan Police. Being selected as one of the top Business School undergraduates I was quickly met with considerable responsibility and the experience of managing numerous clients and projects. Working within the GCU highlighted how important time management and effective prioritising is. The experience of using statistical data techniques to produce explicit market reports was highly insightful and is something I still use to date.

As part of my degree course I had the opportunity to work for Disney as part of a year internship. Working within in the commercial planning department, I developed many analytical and strategic business skills, which I could practice in real business environments. I gained a wealth of knowledge during my time at Disney and was exposed to many responsibilities and significant challenges. This included leading a project into pricing strategy for which I managed a team of five other interns.
