Across my two-decade-long career, I have become recognized as an agile and authentic leader commanding significant experience driving excellence within engineering, technology and product development spheres.I’m well versed in steering cross-functional global teams and empowering those under leadership to realize and excel beyond their goals. Within many of my roles, I have coached and empowered those under leadership to advance within their career trajectories, averaging >1 executive per year to be promoted from under direct leadership. As an influential leader with expertise in manufacturing and supply chain industrialization and operationalization I have a successful track record of blending deep industry and technical insight with broader business acumen to influence decision making.Also, I am a volunteer and volunteer group leader for organizations that support diversity and inclusion, STEM, children and youth development and support, and community and medical fundraising.
