Ppl Roll Out LeadLloyd'S Nov 2015 - Jan 2020London, GbI was brought in to lead the roll out of PPL to the London Market, which was done on a class-by-class basis, starting with Terrorism in July 2016. The rollout was completed in October 2018.To complement the initial roll out, I created a programme strategy detailing how the PPL team would measure go-live readiness via agreed critical success factors, through to the post implementation support structure, success KPIs and reporting. To support the roll out of PPL, I built a team consisting of 3 Relationship Managers (RM), an RM Assistant, 2 Rollout Coordinators and a Training Manager. It was my responsibility to ensure they: • Engaged with market firms who were identified by the Market Associations as in scope. • Ensured Market firms signed their Market User Agreement (MUA).• Built strong relationships.• Worked with each market firm to document their readiness against the onboarding criteria and supported them through the process.• Coordinated pre-go-live testing of user configuration.• Communicated the broker roll out plans and associated carrier readiness.• Ensured the appropriate training had been made available to the Market. As the rollout progressed and adoption increased, PPLs reliance on using Excel spreadsheets to manage its customer data needed to be addressed. To this end, I transitioned PPL to a strategic customer relationship management solution (MS Dynamics). -
