-I provide choice counseling to each medicaid recipient(s)/beneficiary and whether Mandatory, Exempt or Excluded, I aid inenrolling into the new medicaid managed care plans. -I meet with individuals and/or families, review their current benefits and assist in enrolling/dis-enrollment from their currentplan. (NC Medicaid Direct/NC Medicaid Managed Care) -Participate in health fairs as well as organize community enrollment events. -Network with other agencies and community organizations. -Enter data for each outreach activity, plan change and enrollment. -I coordinate with the local Department of Social Services department.
