I’ve always been driven by curiosity, particularly about how things work. As a mechanical and analytical person, I’ve improved products, manufacturing processes, engineering workflows, product safety, certifications, and cost. I’ve established trust with individuals and teams, develop people's talent, and led impactful projects in product engineering. My experience stemmed from manufacturing, automotive, and powersports repair which I still enjoy, and continues into product engineering and leadership.My experience includes applying lean manufacturing principles, conducting time studies, and using six-sigma and VOC studies. I’ve developed standard work instructions, product specifications, and performed hazard and risk assessments, FMEA, and root cause evaluations. I've provided engineering and product design support to business entities including Field Service, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Applications Engineering. I’m adept at conflict resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction without compromising safety or relationships.In addition to my professional roles, I’ve volunteered at St. Cloud State University’s job fair and the “Husky Invent” program, and Habitat for Humanity’s Veterans, Women's, and Minnesota Vikings home builds.
