-Managed fertilizer sales for Southern Province of Zambia and conducted farm visits consulting growers, soliciting new business and maintaining relationships.-Developed custom nutritional programs for clients on irrigated and dryland crops including tobacco, soya, maize, wheat, barley, seed maize, carrots and peanuts. -Utilized Excel-based program to develop custom-blended fertilizers for clients.-Facilitated and attended field days/discussion groups for commercial and small-scale growers.-Worked closely with agro-chemical companies to develop application strategies of specialty foliar-applied products to reduce grower operational costs.-Acted as interim Operations Manager at Mazabuka and Dar es Salaam factories.
