• Responsible for the roll out of the Electronic Record Management System Alfresco to the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy’s 3500+ employees spread across 21 sites throughout the UK.• Provided support to all BEIS users, super-users and site mangers (730 Site Managers in 2016).• Providing second and third line support in respect of user enquiries, managing permissions, liaising with the technical support team (CGI), electronic and physical data retrieval (including Freedom of Information requests).• Regular data cleansing and the maintenance of Team Sites.• Responsible for the validation of data pre and post migration. This involved 4 months of data checks throughout the 1500+ team sites checking that data had successfully migrated to the right areas of the file plan and the right permissions had been set.• Responsible for the design and implementation of our customer communications during many of our team’s projects.

This data would then be stored on UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) Customer Relationship Management (CDMS) system. Once the data has been collected it was shared with the Department for international trades partner organisations.• Finance Officer dealing with Payment Requisitions and Purchase Orders using the Oracle System.• Organized trade events for 150+ UKTI business partners, all events were arranged and maintained within a tight budget and tight deadlines.• Processed and maintained large amounts of data in preparation for our team’s trade events.
