About Jonathan Bond

I am a Professional who will provide specialist skills to employers who seek the very best. Starting in the Surrey Police I created and developed technical systems to enhance day to day operational effectiveness including a database which was used by all agents, supervisors and management within a contact centre environment. This increased efficiency, ease of access and reducing time wasted through replication by over 100% leading to significantly increased staff engagement and quality of customer service.I trained personnel soft skills and all bespoke computer systems to National Standard, in groups and on a 1 to 1 basis. Courses ranging between 1 day and 2 weeks.I progressed to transforming technical training for the Ministry Of Defence’s armed forces as a Senior Analyst through modern blended learning solutions. I coordinated a team to the successful delivery of a package of analysis and design in accordance with the Training Requirements Authority for multiple projects. In the world of Apprenticeships, I started as an associate trainer for a leading provider of apprenticeships in the UK, training 16-18 and over 19 year olds Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas, Vendor Qualifications (Comptia A+, Microsoft MTA’s and Windows 7) as well as functional key skills.Currently I am working for PETA LTD of Cosham. Starting as a Trainer Assessor for the ICT Training Department covering Apprenticeships and Government Funded Programs, I then advanced to the role of Manager for the department. As a proactive individual with a passion for development I engage with young people as they embark on an ICT apprenticeship programme. Focusing upon delivering a high quality service to learners, motivating and supporting them with their personal development.I fully support and develop the staff within the ICT Training Department to the betterment of their own skills, confidence and through this ensure the learners and their employers are number 1 priority.Transitioning from ICT Training Manager to the Lead Technical Trainer role, I found that my talents and motivations focused upon bettering the lives of the Apprentices on our programmes, through training, support and coaching.
