  Co-founded a B2B manufacturing and distribution company, Hii Stick, took our concept from market research and R&D, through product placement in stores. As our Director of Sales, I organized a database with CRM platforms to prioritize and consistently follow up with leads being processed by myself and our sales coordinator, as well as developing strategies to collaborate with marketing to drive growth. Initially I was solely responsible for outbound lead generation, through closing B2B clients and finding the best possible locations in markets we sought to grow into. I handled all outgoing invoices and any follow up required to collect timely revenue, as well as managing the shipping of orders from our manufacturing warehouse. In our 2 years in business built many strong business relationships and I was able to hire, train, and support a team of sales people in territories across the country. Maintaining CRM software to track feedback and implementing customer/retailer suggestions allowed for our initial rapid growth. At our height we were actively selling 17 proprietary products in over 20 US states and territories.
