CurrentI meet with existing and potential clients on site or in the office in order to understand specific and desired outcomes of the desired system. Responsible for creating and presenting sales quotes, and closing sales that meet or exceed desired outcomes. Responsible for upholding the company’s core values and representing the entire team during the full execution of the sold project.Essential Functions:● Preparing quotes, proposals, contracts, and RFP/RFI responses● Investigating and resolving customer complaints and system problems in regard to sold products andservices.● Maintaining accurate documentation and up-to-date communication records.● Maintaining established accounts through frequent customer communications and follow up on sales/soldjobs.● Developing and delivering technical, customized sales presentations, providing detailed scope of work.● Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of company policies, industry trends, andgovernment regulations and applicable laws.● Identifying new opportunities for Custom Electronics Inc. by visiting existing and new customers as well as evaluating future technologies and/or products/services.● Maintaining effective and open communications with people of all levels, both internal and external
