I was very proud to work for this great brand. I was responsible for the full operations of a thriving 80 bedroom airport based hotel, with on site ‘a la carte’ restaurant with 80+ covers, 24 hour bar and room service and full corporate conference facilities. Managing a team of 40 + staff and ensuring all related F&B and Hotel costs and expenditure were kept in line along with driving the top line by critical rate management and focused sales.
