Jonathan Brady has extensive managerial and leadership experience in both the private security industry and as a senior officer in The Metropolitan Police Service. Until very recently he was the Head of Security and Resilience at St. Paul's Cathedral and St. Paul's Cathedral School. He designed and implemented the security strategy at this most iconic Cathedral in the heart of the City of London. Previously he was the corporate security manager of two highly prestigious developments in central London. He lead high calibre teams of security personnel who deliver strong performance. From the start-up phase he initiated all the SOP's, emergency plans and risk assessments. He has developed strong strategic ties with law enforcement agencies and other key stakeholders. Jonathan was a senior officer in the Metropolitan Police Service. He has a broad and diverse background of strong leadership, operational experience and effective management in a variety of senior operational roles.
