Mr. Bray joined Blue River Partners in February of 2016 as a Managing Director. His responsibilities include providing outsourced CFO services, operations and fund administration for alternative asset managers.

• Developed & maintain books & records for Blazek Crow Holdings Capital LP, Blazek Capital Management LLC, BCHC Investment Fund GP LLC, & BCHC Promote Partner LP• Developed compliance manual & implement/uphold key compliance policies & procedures • Registered & subsequently deregistered Management Company with SEC• Registered Management Company with State of Texas• Maintain FINRA form ADV & U4 filings via IARD system• Coordinate all efforts with Fund Administrator to implement/maintain investor reporting & review monthly performance calculations & investor allocations• Fund operations: daily cash/positions/p&l reconciliations, corporate actions/proxies/dividends, trade breaks, portfolio financing, daily p&l reporting• Daily portfolio risk review & reporting to portfolio manager • Review & process investor subscription documents• Interact with legal counsel on numerous issues including: performance disclaimer language, blue sky law requirements, DDQ disclosures, PPM revisions, & Investor Letter considerations• Responsible for entities’ tax filings with IRS, States of Texas & Delaware• Quarterly budgeting for Management Company, GP & Promote Partner & monthly financial reporting for each entity• Oversee annual external audit of the Fund• Open/manage execution brokerage accounts, including review of all legal agreements• Assisted in creation of Fund marketing materials and managed/tracked communications with potential investors• Manage all HR related items including payroll funding, employee hiring, management of insurance & 401(k) plans• Manage ad-hoc requests for both investor DDQ & portfolio management/review processes• Maintain listings & monthly performance updates in industry databases• Manage stock borrows, IPO & private offering participation requirements, trademark application process, establishment/maintenance of vendor relationships• Assisted Crow in GIPS calculation process, which resulted in additional revenue to the Management Company
