In this National role I was accountable for mentoring and coaching Area Managers, Store Managers and the on-site leadership team with their Health & Safety responsibilities. Key areas of focus included regularly reviewing OHS performance and develop strategies and campaigns to address trends; assisting the National Health & Safety Manager to implement national safety strategy and related projects.; conducting training on safety leadership, policies, procedures and strategies and executing a proactive health, safety and wellbeing culture.
