Primary Duties & Responsibilities: To meet with budgeted volumes and returns, to identify and analyse to a high standard potential on balance sheet debt and debt related opportunities and bring in as necessary existing and new external investors and investment counterparties.Advise real estate originators on ABC counter-party risk appetite, appropriate asset types, volumes and revenue generation requirements.Negotiate and agree acceptable terms and conditions for new transactions, engage external lawyers for legal due diligence and documentation, engage and manage other connected parties representing the Banks’ interests.Attend client meetings and corporate events with real estate originators, investors and other financial institutions, to support and enhance new business generation activities in Europe, USA and Arab world.Identify potential real estate transaction with Arab world connections, assess credit/risk, business volumes, and profitability issues and to qualify suitable deals.Initiate discussions with suitable Arab world counterparties, introduce and structure Islamic and conventional finance solutions for asset requirements and negotiate new facilities.Identify and pursue suitable real estate investment opportunities for introduction into the Arab world, negotiate and agree appropriate financing facilitiesAssess continuously the UK national and International real estate markets for new asset generation opportunities.Identify and contact appropriate real estate related businesses and other connected counterparties and negotiate arrangements with them for new real estate related investment products.Discuss within the ABC Group strategies for developing real estate products and submit to Senior Management for review and approval.
