    Senior Digital Assessment Officer
University Of London Oct 2022 - Jan 2024
    London, England, United Kingdom
In 2022 my role within the University of London Worldwide developed through a promotion into Senior Digital Assessment Officer for the Digital Assessment & Logistics team (formerly Exams Distribution, transformed through Covid into a digital rendition of the previous team). This position involved variety of tasks around preparations, creation, and maintenance of our global online exams.During pre-assessment our team worked with the Assessment teams to collect the full specifications and requirements for each examination programme, in their constant flow of twice-yearly (sometimes quarterly) sessions, then providing guidance on a range of VLE assessment tools (currently Moodle, Coursera, and Inspera assessment platform). This would lead into my key involvement preparing the online assessment areas of the online exams, as well as any Practice tests, via area creation and user enrolment. I also specialised in our transition to the Inspera assessment system, authoring Question Sets and creating exam areas whilst also teaching colleagues it's limitations and methods.Balancing my time through this process I would also assist my management in the allocation of assessed work to Examiners (aka exam markers/graders), direct examiner support with our Assessment tool systems, and the regular collection of Subject Access Request information enquired by students - All whilst also maintaining the physical courier responsibilities of my previous role in which I co-lead correspondence with our contracted courier company ensuring the delivery of Diploma Production and Transcripts shipments.★ Not long after joining this role, I became one of the Digital Champion volunteers for my directorate.

Examinations Processing Officer / Support Officer
University Of London Apr 2019 - Oct 2022
    London, United Kingdom
Starting April 2019 I worked as the Examinations Processing Officer for the Exams Distribution department of University of London Worldwide; assisting with the courier despatch of (confidential) examination question papers and materials to international examination centres, courier despatch of all other UoL Worldwide shipments (e.g. diploma documents, transcripts), the distribution of examination scripts, and various other related exams distribution activities. After the 2020 Covid pandemic this role was loosely transformed into the Support Officer for Examiner Support: Logistics; where the responsibilities remained largely the same but were translated into digital equivalents (online exam distribution, digital examiner allocation and support, etc.) whilst I also took more independence leading the physical courier despatch of the Diploma Production documents due to our courier partners switching in this time.Starting May 2022, after an organisational restructuring motivated by the pandemic, this original role was officially retitled Assessment Officer: Logistics (with the team known as Examiner Support & Logistics colloquially due to our team's symbiotic interactions).

Royal Hospital Chelsea Jul 2017 - Mar 2018

Just out of my undergraduate education and with those particular set of skills learnt I was hired by the Royal Hospital Chelsea (as my most notable client) on over half a dozen occasions during to photograph a selection of the organisation’s souvenir shop products. Due to the limited space to photograph the products on-site I also digitally edited the images with the use of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to improve their colour, lighting, and background detail. The final images are currently used on the organisation’s online store. Examples of some of the used work can be seen below:
