Special Events Usher for Christening, Weddings, Funerals, Birthdays, and Memorial services. My duties include: providing Buffet and Waiter service, coordinating guests to reserved tables, ensuring an excellent standard of customer service and event management is maintained.

Duties included: Nigh time stock replenishment and sales. I was responsible for leading my section of the night team merchandising and stock replenishment, whilst serving customers promoting the brand image.

Duties included: Telemarketing Clerk selling finance products, services and mortgages to existing and potential new clients, providing a free quotation, gaining and processing confidential financial information in order to provide a free quotation, checking credit reference history. This was a part time position alongside my studies.

During this placement I was expected to achieve a number of clearly defined goals within the Finance Directories department, these included: Developing confident multi-tasking ability, good clear communication skills, ability to work in a demanding environment, delivering an excellent standard of customer service, developing confident organisational skills, working as part of a team, proactive problem solving skills.
