These responsibilities included:- Management and rollout of global card payment gateway, CyberSource.- Management of CNP fraud mitigation tool (Decision Manager) and advising and influencing business leaders with regards to appropriate risk and rule based controls relating to their geography and product mix (flights, hotels, Gift Cards or foreign exchange)- Monthly reporting of card mix through all channels for changing customer trends, and to ensure surcharges were in line with RBA guidelines.- Weekly review and reporting of CNP fraud and chargeback cases. Influencing business leaders to amend risk based rules to ensure fraud levels are within acceptable ranges, while advising of changes to the automated rules system to ensure more good transactions were processed.Ownership of the global relationships with multiple Virtual Credit Card (VCC) vendors, and the development and implementation of a API based VCC card request portal rolled out to ~8,000 consultants across Australia, New Zealand & USA.In this role I was also responsible for multiple RFPs, contract negotiations and rollouts, including:- Global Payment Gateway and fraud management tools- Merchant Acquiring and Transactional Banking - Australia, USA & NZ- Virtual Credit Cards - Globally- Interest free loans - Australia & USALeadership and staff development of the 4 member team.
