I am a seasoned Information Technology professional and have been continuously employed in the industry since 1996. During this time I have held several positions of gradually increasing responsibility: beginning as an IT Solutions Specialist early in my career, advancing to a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Senior Project Manager.I am a results-driven leader with experience in delivering high availability, mission critical solutions in cooperation with external business partners. I can manage all phases of software development lifecycle. I am also an effective producer on cross-functional business and technical teams working in a global environment with experience in development and deployment of business-to-business e-commerce solutions based on industry standard protocols including EDI, RosettaNet, and AS2. My professional experience spans a variety of computing platforms, tools, and methodologies. This includes legacy operating systems such as VMS, MPE, and Unix to current versions of Linux and Microsoft Windows. I have experience with relational database platforms ranging from enterprise level environments utilizing Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle to smaller customer specific applications deployed on MySQL. My experience with software design and development methodologies spans the traditional waterfall SDLC approach and its related deliverables as well as modern object oriented and Agile approaches utilizing UML artifacts and development iterations executed as sprints.I also have excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
