Sulfate of Potash Plant (1.1 Ton Potash Fertilizer/Day) [March 2023 - Now]As a process project engineer of Coconut Project for Balance of Plant.1. Cooling Tower2. Air Compressor3. HVAC Chiller4. Pipe Racka. Responsible to lead process engineering from tendering, engineering, construction, shutdown (tie in), commissioning, and start-up of plantb. Coordinate with multidiscipline team along with vendor, consultant, and contractor to complete the project as per owner requirementc. Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) to evaluate and validate operation sequence and logicd. Participate in HAZOP to identify and evaluate problems in design engineering that might represent risks during operation.

As an assistant, I gave multiple tutors advised by the professor with the help of other assistant., mainly for subjects of molecular diffusion, heat, mass, and momentum transfer, and applications such as distillation operation. I also supervised and checked the exam results.

As a process engineer intern, I optimised the temperature of depropanizer and rerun column in alkylation unit to produce propane, isopentane (light alkylate), and n-pentane (heavy alkylate) as new valuable product by using Aspen HYSYS simulation software
