Jerkfusion Caribbean started as jerkmaican1 mobile catering for festivals and markets. Through our success we have now added a takeaway restaurant in Walthamstow E17. We are a small family run business and thrive on supporting our community and giving back where we can. For example, we have close links with a number of local charities and will offer our services free of charge to lend our support,]We source our produce locally and have firm relationships with our suppliers, relationships we have cultivated over several years.Customer focus is our strength and we regularly give back to our loyal customers.In terms of our food, we are the first makers of the Jerk Chicken Sausage, specialising in both Halal and non Halal. In addition to this, we have a wide range of speciality dishes compromising of Jerk Lamb, Vegan dishes, traditional Jamaican Fusion meals such as, Brown Stew Chicken, Ackee and Saltfish, Patties, Sorrell.
