Coordinate and synchronize a staff of 150+ Marines, sailors, and civilians responsible for the overseeing of operations, administration, intelligence, and communications for 9 subordinate units comprised of 150+ aircraft and 3400+ personnel in Southern California and deployed around the world in support of peace and combat global operations.

Led, mentored, developed, and managed 300+ Marines/Sailors, and 16 CH-53E aircraft and support equipment valued at $640M to ensure operational excellence in training and real-life operations while deployed to Okinawa, Japan. Ensured training and readiness, aircraft sustainment, and employee retainment. Established and maintained a positive, professional climate with high cohesion and morale for all personnel. *Awarded Marine Corps Aviation Association Heavy Helicopter Squadron of the Year in 2023.

Served as an advisor and special projects manager for the Chief Executive Officer.

Served as the principal advisor and subject matter expert on all heavy lift helicopter platform life cycle issues including development, procurement, readiness, and sustainment for the Deputy Commandant of Aviation, Headquarters Marine Corps. Coordinated service level responses to inquiries from Congress, Office of Secretary of Defense, and Joint Staff to secure $1.1B in annual program funds. Optimized Marine Corps CH-53K transition and increased tactical capability of heavy lift helicopters.

Responsible for coordinating and synchronizing the planning and execution of the Training and Exercise Employment Plan and ensuring the current and future combat readiness for a squadron of 265 Marines and 15 CH-53E aircraft.

Planned and coordinated over 120 missions integrating US Marines with Special Operations Forces, Department of State, Joint Forces, and allied partners in Europe and Africa for over 1000+ Marines in 10 countries.

Conducted operational and contingency planning on behalf of the Commanding Officer of Marine Aircraft Group 29 that refined the unit's support capacity during contingency response and increased inoperability with MAG-29 and NATO partners

Led, instructed, and evaluated prospective Weapons and Tactics Instructors in a classroom and dynamic flight environment as a subject matter expert in Marine Corps Assault Support Operations. Increased combat readiness of eight CH-53 squadrons.

Served as a CH-53D/E pilot in HMH-463, a squadron responsible for supporting the MAGTF commander by providing heavy lift assault support of cargo and personnel day or night in all weather conditions. Planned and led high-risk operations throughout two separate combat deployments.

Completed The Basic School (TBS) in December 2005. Designated as a Naval Aviator in July 2007 at NAS Whiting Field.Completed CH-53 Fleet Replacement Squadron training in March 2008.

Instructor for Expeditionary Warfare School as part of Marine Corps College of Distance Education and Training. Responsible for facilitating and leading an online seminar for Company Grade officers completing professional military education requirements.
