Jonathan's family law practice is focussed on financial issues arising from Divorce, Cohabitation and other relationship breakdowns. He has experience of a range of high value financial claims.Jonathan regularly appears in Employment Tribunals and has appeared at the EAT on an age discrimination claim. He has recently completed an LLM Employment Law course at Leicester University to further his interest in employment law. He has provided seminars to solicitors and HR executives on settlement agreements and in respect of religion in the work place, following Eweida & others v UKHe has a broad experience of personal injury law, from more typical claims to those of maximum severity, instructed by Claimants and Defendants.He receives a range of instructions from the Barrister Direct Public Access Scheme and attempts to accommodate busy professionals time scales and is flexible as to appointments.Jonathan will consider a range of methods of funding cases; including conditional fee agreements and damaged based agreements.
