I have work my entire career in the food service industry. I have been a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Crew Trainer, Line Lead in every one of my jobs. I enjoy working hard and making work more organized and more enjoyable for those around me. Outside of work I am starting to work towards my dream of Event Coordination. I am currently searching for low level entry positions in this particular field. A few years back I put together several small shows in Blaine Washington called J-Fest, where we had bands, local artists, local food vendors and would raise money for different charities throughout the summer. In addition to J-Fest I assisted in an Office Trivia night to raise money for another charity. My hope is to someday do these type of events on a larger scale to provide a fun and safe environment to have a memorable time with a purpose.

  I am in charge of training every new employee for the fast paced kitchen environment. This kitchen is consistently busy so you must be organized, quick and concise. Prepping food for the morning rush or deep cleaning the line for the end of the day, there is always a task that needs to be done. Between breakfast, lunch and monthly specials you must pay close attention to modifications and allergies.
