Supported web security services including WAF, site health monitoring, and backups

-Correspond with customers via telephone and email. -Handle customer quotations, order fulfillment, customer support, valve sizing and selection, prospect customer leads, and follow up on customer quotes, prepare bid packages for large projects. -Analyze material and labor costs to determine value of bids. -Coordinate with Operations department to accurately quote and ensure on-time delivery. -Prepare marketing and technical literature for representatives and customers. -Organize and maintained physical files and digital databases of customer correspondence, quotations, and orders. -Support outside sales staff to help identify and meet customer needs.
