Designed, implemented, and validated configurable turn-key automated test systems for sonobuoy ASW electronics. Monitored production line test stations; assessed and documented test results. Addressed matters involving drivers, custom test code scripts, fixtures, and interface PCBs. Highlights:*Created complex database queries that were utilized as tools for failure analysis of production units.*Yielded over $380K in savings (in material costs) after creating a mass interconnect test station solution.*Improved speed of test stations by 400% on the production line (from 7.5 minutes to 2 minutes).*Created bid for a large development cost-effective project involving 17 test stations with the U.S. Navy.*Enhanced knowledge base of engineers by conducting classes on LabVIEW and rapid prototyping.
