Requests that come in are quite broad, so having good analytical skills has been essential in recognising and solving issues without wasting time. I joined the company at a time where they were backlogged with requests and it was a field I had little experience in, so I was required to take in a lot of information in a short space of time in order to begin working as soon as possible.
