A senior program manager with a wealth of experience working in all aspects of the program lifecycle from the development of bid submissions through to contract award and program initiation for major programs to program execution and delivery at BAE Systems and L3Harris Wescam. Originally based in the UK my career has taken me to Europe and now Canada building my experience working with international defence agencies and aerospace companies in the UK and European and continuing that devekopment working in North America supporting a wide range of customers both international and domestic to deliver class leading EO/IR surveillance systems.Current responsibilities range from concurrently managing a multi project portfolio with a total order book of over $25m annually to individual programs ranging between $40m and $65m including the management of AOP, Revenue and Cash Flow, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to SLT members. As an experienced leader, I have managed teams with direct reports as well leading integrated program teams with a mix of direct and indirect staff. I have used my experience working with individuals across multiple countries, languages and cultures to build lasting relationships while also ensuring alignment with business objectives and the needs of team members.
