Alongside my wife of 13 years, we own a 10-acre estate with a 1912 built bed & breakfast home that we are slowly renovating. We run an on-sight AirBnB called the Greenwood Villa that has statistically the best and most stays in our region. Our 10-acre land has gardens, roses, a vineyard, and pasture we are applying restoration agriculture principles to for our two milking cows to graze on. We sell our milk at our estate to subscribers and offer other made goods such as fresh baked sourdough bread, butter, and more - which we make. We also have a ceramic studio for production pottery and members who can get access to it whenever they want, as well as hosting classes and events throughout the year for people interested in ceramics.
