The main responsibilities as manager of audit are as follows1. Supervise, guide and provide technical advice to the audit team during the development of the activities that make the audit process, making use of resources, methodologies and tools needed to ensure project success, assessing and mitigating the risks involved and applying integrally policy performance and independence of EY.2. Participate in the definition and negotiation of budget estimates and audit fees for each of the phases of the audit process.3. Monitor the hours performed by the team on the basis of estimated project hours, establish the objectives, scope, the timetable for implementation of activities and distribution of work responsibilities to be implemented by the audit team, in order to ensure compliance with the commitments.4. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with the customer, in order to improve and ensure the satisfaction of the needs and expectations of it.5. Provide feed back to the team members working on the development and performance of its activities during the audit process and train employees about the techniques, procedures, methodologies and tools used in the audit process.
