We also offered Customer Service and Call Handling workshops, including C&G NVQ3 accredited qualifications. Other duties included account management, line management, quality assurance, business planning and performance management.

Successfully implemented selected option (centralise in Folkestone) in 1997-8, achieving economies of scale and improving service (£500k savings, lost call rate reduced from 15% to 5%).• Responsible for 220 staff -including 16 direct reports- handling over 3m calls in 1999, generating £70m in ticket revenue and £1.5m of insurance product sales.
