As an ambassador of Teach First I continue to work in schools in challenging contexts and/or circumstances. Typically in urban contexts around Manchester. I also work with the University of Manchester to provide teaching experience days and in school tutoring for Teach First trainee teachers, this is part of a drive to allow participants to be 'School Ready' by the time they stand in front of their own class for the first time.In addition to this I frequently speak at Teach First events and spread the word about the good work Teach First and its participants are doing all over the country.

Part of a team leading national team of over 80 outstanding TF Ambassadors involved in initial teacher training of 1,700 Teach First participants at Teach First Summer Institute 2015.Supported the coordination of 10 curriculum teams, delivering 30 subject specific workshops and 26 teams planning non subject specific master classes, with direct responsibility for all Primary and Early Years Specific provision; including 21 specialist Primary & EY consultants & 480 trainee teachers.Within the role I managed quality assurance of planning and delivery of sessions for all Primary and EY sessions delivered by the Associate Tutor Team and supported with the wider quality assurance process.#ATnugget

- Plan & deliver training for the Associate Tutor team.- Collaborate with curriculum and assessment leads to plan and deliver Initial Teacher Developmentcurriculum sessions at Summer Institute in Leeds, and organise a the Primary AT team (16) during the two week Summer Institute.- Feedback issues or concerns about participants to tutors and the curriculum lead.- Observe and provide feedback on AT delivered sessions to support AT development and participantimpact.- Plan, lead and evaluate workshops on a range of classroom practice based topics in collaborationwith other ATs and with University colleagues. During my two years on the Teach First Leadership Development programme I have been working in a challenging school in the outskirts of Manchester. Since my completion of the programme I have worked with Teach First North West to provide in school training and support for new participants to help them develop as classroom practitioners in the early stages of their training, this has allowed them to become more productive when entering their own classrooms for the first time.

Designed and delivered part of the Teach FIrst Initial Teacher Training to new participants during the Teach First Summer Institute 2013. I also acted in a pastoral capacity during the Summer Institute for approximately 30 trainee teachers.

At SWI I am in charge of internet based sales coming to the company via our eBay shop as well as other methods.My role also includes a large ammount of research and analysis into sales patterns and ways to increase sales at certain times.

During my time at RHF I was responsible for other staff and the day to day running of seasonal events such as the summer maize maze and the Easter eggstravaganza.I often lead the children’s parties at the farm, one of the main sources of income, this entailed organising, entertaining and looking after up to 30 children.In this role I learnt a great deal about customer service and staff management.
