BP Company Vessel Representative.To act as a BP focal point ( Site Safety Leader) onboard an Offshore Subsea Construction/Dive Support & pipelay vessels. As part of the BP Global Subsea Execution Team, to oversee all subsea installation work being carried out by BP personnel and 3rd party contractors in order to meet BP requirements and expectation as laid out in the Operating Management System and Integrated Safe Systems of Work procedures. Ensuring that BP HSSE and operational practices are maintained at all times, Overseeing that all Simultaneous operational actives are carried out safely around BP topside and subsea asset 500m zone and 400m pipeline corridors.Oversea and authorise Management Of Change during deviations in workscopes.Liaise with Platform OIM’s regarding operational decisions during planned, unplanned outages & HSSE issues.Interface with onshore teams as to project requirements and project management, submitting daily reports to keep all onshore parties updated as to project progress.Ensure contractor compliance with contract requirements are understood and adhered to, whilst assessing contractor awareness of BP policies, practices and procedures.

To organise, co-ordinate works on board an offshore DP 2 MPDSV vessel in order to ensure good performance, minimise costs and meet established deadlines, project specifications and respecting safety and quality procedures and standards.In charge of a POB of up to 95 including WROV & Eyeball ROV teams, bridge crew, Survey personnel and deck crew, carrying out air diving operations, survey inspection, GVI, CP/Proximity inspection. Subsea valve isolation/ de isolation, NRV latching/ unlatching and hook up of EFL and HFL leads and umbilical’s.Co-ordination of program schedules with third party contractors. Follow and sign off procedures for work scopes. Carry out TRA’s in accordance with procedures. Liaise with other client reps, conduct roll out meetings. Draught daily DPR’s.Ensure correct ROV tooling and equipment is ordered and delivered to the vessel in order to carry out allocated work scope procedures. Witnessing of ROV torque tool testing values.

• Overall responsibility for 150-250 personnel encompassing foremen, supervisors, mechanical fitters, piping engineers, electrical engineers, Instrument fitters, welders and fabricators,• Daily/weekly progress meetings with the client highlighting expenditure and progress• Responsible for level 5 planning of work-scopes on the project• Collating and signing off QA packs in accordance with DNV procedures• Active participant in the safety regulations and ideologies in bringing the site up to a zero tolerance on safety.• Offshore jack up & supply vessels• Compiling permits and chairing daily permit meetings with RFA/ M.O.D clients• Monitoring and costing on the variation work orders• Ensuring best practices are adhered to at all times to conform with regulatory authorities• Chairing daily/weekly progress/manpower meetings with line management and subcontract companies.

• Overseeing the offshore installation of Flexible monobore pipelines, risers, Jtubes, Jumpers, fibre optic cables, XT's EFL & HFL's.• Oversight of mobilisations, ensuring equipment is ordered and delivered on time for project installation.• Ensuring mechanical labour resource is tasked and designated to the correct project areas• Responsible for management of company health and safety issues.• Liaising with end user client as to project schedules. • Managing health & safety and environmental issues.
