I currently have 28 year’s experience in the offshore Oil, and Gas Industry, working on EPCIM and IMR contracts worldwide, initially gaining extensive experience in Topside Platforms and FPSO’s. Then going on specialise in Subsea systems. I have extensive offshore & onshore experience at various Installations around the world. I am self-motivated and very willing to adapt, learn new skills and integrate with new teams.I maintain a broad working knowledge of Offshore Engineering skills. Very safety conscious and have a very good team working attitude. I am compliant with Management of Change, HSSE Method Statements, Task Risk Assessments and Toolbox Talks in the workplace. I have undergone E-Cow, AA, PA and Person in Charge of Worksite training for BP, Chevron and Shell. Computer Literate, with broad knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications. I am constantly seeking to expand my knowledge and experience, with companies that have contracts in the Oil and Gas & Petro- Chemical industries.I have always led a team of people, and constantly strive to engage and empower those around me in a One Team approach, in order to promote a safe working culture.For the last eleven years, I have worked in Azerbaijan on a rotational basis on Subsea IMR/ Heavy Construction projects for BP firstly as an Offshore Construction Manager engaging in ROV/ Pipe & cable lay and Diving operations under contract to BP.On January, the 15th 2015 I was recruited by BP through Wood Group Kenny to join the Subsea execution team as a BP Construction Vessel Representative. To further enhance my self-improvement plan I have recently qualified as a Marine Engineer through Lloyds Maritime Academy. In 2020 I completed my Masters degree with Middlesex University in Marine Operations Management as a top up for my Marine Engineering qualification. Plans looking ahead thereafter, are to qualify for CEng, before commencing a Doctorate in Business Administration.

BP Company Vessel Representative.To act as a BP focal point ( Site Safety Leader) onboard an Offshore Subsea Construction/Dive Support & pipelay vessels. Offshore Construction Manager, Sfsv Swire Seabed Supporter
To organise, co-ordinate works on board an offshore DP 2 MPDSV vessel in order to ensure good performance, minimise costs and meet established deadlines, project specifications and respecting safety and quality procedures and standards.In charge of a POB of up to 95 including WROV & Eyeball ROV teams, bridge crew, Survey personnel and deck crew, carrying out air diving operations, survey inspection, GVI, CP/Proximity inspection. Subsea valve isolation/ de isolation, NRV latching/ unlatching and hook up of EFL and HFL leads and umbilical’s.Co-ordination of program schedules with third party contractors. Follow and sign off procedures for work scopes. Carry out TRA’s in accordance with procedures. Liaise with other client reps, conduct roll out meetings. Draught daily DPR’s.Ensure correct ROV tooling and equipment is ordered and delivered to the vessel in order to carry out allocated work scope procedures. Witnessing of ROV torque tool testing values.

• Overall responsibility for 150-250 personnel encompassing foremen, supervisors, mechanical fitters, piping engineers, electrical engineers, Instrument fitters, welders and fabricators,• Daily/weekly progress meetings with the client highlighting expenditure and progress• Responsible for level 5 planning of work-scopes on the project• Collating and signing off QA packs in accordance with DNV procedures• Active participant in the safety regulations and ideologies in bringing the site up to a zero tolerance on safety.• Offshore jack up & supply vessels• Compiling permits and chairing daily permit meetings with RFA/ M.O.D clients• Monitoring and costing on the variation work orders• Ensuring best practices are adhered to at all times to conform with regulatory authorities• Chairing daily/weekly progress/manpower meetings with line management and subcontract companies.
