Argentina Project• Supply Chain Management for telecommunications printing and packaging industry in Argentina: Printing, thermoform plastics, injection molding, and packaging. This includes auditing production facilities, production forecasting, vendor relations, continuous vendor improvement and support, while working with a “just in time” delivery requirement.• Research, review and present effective cost control measures: Price negotiations, research of raw material alternatives, import/export alternatives, lean personnel planning, and expanding vendor options.• Work with vendors on presentations, quotes, project development, and product changes for customer.• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to carry out responsibilities.
