I have over 35 years experience in Etiquette and silver service . I started out in the early 1980's in banqueting at The renowned Hilton Hotel group , Gatwick where I was trained in the Silver service techniques and Etiquette. After two years I moved on to work in a French a la carte restaurant called Solomon's in The high street , Crawley where I rose to the position of Matré d'. After several years and wanting a new challenge I joined British Airways as a Long haul Air Steward and worked primarily in the first class cabins serving V.I.P's and Celebrities while using my Silver service skills .I now work in the Film and Television industry using my knowledge and experience to advise on Etiquette and Silver service dating back to the medieval era and right up to the present day . I have advised on several productions including ' Kingsman : The Golden Circle ' ( feature film ) , ' The Crown ' ( Netflix Drama Series ) and ' The Nevers ' ( HBO Drama Series ) .
