Operated in Dr. Marianne Lloyd’s Lab conducting human subjects research, hypothesis testing, and survey design on multiple studies that focused on memory and heuristics (e.g. Fluency). Designed a study that showed that OTC drug labels with higher fluency led to a greater preference for purchasing an OTC drug; these labels also led to improved recall of safety guidelines.Trained and supervised undergraduate research assistants on data collection. Collected, coded, and analyzed data from human participants. Scheduled and recruited participants for studies using Sona-Systems. Assisted with the completion of literature reviews, data collection, IRB review forms, and manuscripts for heuristic (e.g. fluency) and memory studies. Helped manage and maintain laboratory technology. Attended and participated in weekly lab meetings. Collaborate with Dr. Marianne Lloyd, undergraduate and graduate students to improve and complete studies.

Helped supervise college athletes ensuring their safety during their daily strength training. Helped train collegiate athletes in certain exercises and weight lifting techniques. Assisted in the setup and cleanup of training stations. Used motivational techniques and theories like Vrooms expectation theory of motivation to keep student athletes motivated during their intensive training.
