Aboard the USS Ronald Reagan (CVN-76), performed duties in the prevention and treatment of disease and injury, providing medical care, to military personnel. Completed a deployment to the Western Pacific region and the Gulf of Oman in support of Operation Enduring Freedom - Afghanistan. Received the Global War On Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, and Navy Battle Efficiency Ribbon.

At US Naval Hospital Okinawa, Japan, assisted in the medical care of military personnel and their families in the busiest military operating suite in the Pacific Region, managed a $400,000 operating budget for the General Surgery service line. Received the Global War On Terrorism Service Medal, and Overseas Service Ribbon.

At Naval Medical Center, San Diego, trained in the Emergency Department providing nursing care and assisting MDs with the treatment of acute and emergent medical conditions. Received the National Defense Service Medal.
