Participate in the definition and development of corporate policies, procedures and programs and provide continuing counsel and guidance on legal matters and on legal implications of all matters.2. 1. Be the POC legal for QMT in Taiwan Operations with a broad range of issues in the areas of general business law, contracts, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance, 2. Focus on negotiating, reviewing, drafting and overseeing a especially the subject expertise in FAB operations, FAB procurement, end-to-end Supply Chain management, and IP transfer/transactionwide range of transactional arrangements, including commercial agreements with suppliers, manufacturing agreements with OEMS, development agreements,non-disclosure agreements, purchase agreements, services agreements related to servicing of hardware and software, and consulting agreements. Includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements, amendments and other legal documentation. 3. Work closely with the company's manufacturing operations function, as well as with the company's engineering and sourcing departments. 4. Advise on and provide administration support for company compliance with applicable regulatory matters including corporate governance, EHS, environmental and waste management. 5. Coordinate all company activities in Taiwan with Qcomm Legal Department in the US.6. Manage a legal team of 3-5 legals supporting contract management, IP management, and Licensing Audit and management.
